  5. Personal information will only be used for the purpose of doing ancestral research and for record keeping for tax purposes, and will only be kept as long as required for these purposes. Data collected will be securely disposed of when it is no longer required.

  7. Proper safeguards will be taken to safeguard your personal information. This includes the use of secure passwords, use of Wi-Fi networks with firewall, and security software.
